THE SCIENTIFIC COALITION FOR UAP STUDIES ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ASSOCIATION AÉRONAUTIQUE ET ASTRONAUTIQUE DE FRANCE
March 27 – The Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), a data-driven organization of scientists, engineers, academics, and research professionals dedicated to conducting and supporting open scientific research into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), released the following announcement:
The SCU is pleased to announce a partnership agreement with the SIGMA2 Technical Commission of the Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France (3AF). 3AF is the French society of aeronautics and astronautics with scientific and technological expertise in civil and military aviation and space. SIGMA2 is a 3AF research group created in 2008 to study the exceptional nature of UAP. The partnership agreement between SCU and 3AF SIGMA2 is based on shared scientific inquiry of an international yet-to-be-explained phenomenon.
Robert Powell, SCU Executive Board Member: “SCU is pleased to cement our relationship with 3AF SIGMA2 into a formal partnership. Together we desire to improve the scientific study of the UAP enigma.”
Monsieur Luc Dini, Le Président de 3AF SIGMA2: “3AF SIGMA2 and SCU signed an agreement of cooperation on March 1, 2023. This agreement continues a longstanding relationship of scientific exchange between the two groups since 2017. Our views have been different and complimentary, which is the way of science. We will jointly examine UAP cases and the associated physics to better understand the phenomenon through knowledge, curiosity, and imagination while putting aside any prejudicial ideas.”
